Ms. Varsha Kapoor, Central Commercial Talent at Viacom18 Motion Pictures, delivered a lecture on retaining and managing talents in media to the students of MET Institute of Mass Media on 25th August 2018. She discussed in detail on what is talent, essence of networking and talent management in media, and also provided an in-depth insight into the selection process of a perfect talent. She gave an overview of talent based reality shows, where she also shared her experiences of working on ‘Big Boss’ with Endemol Shine India.
