Mr. Deepak Virmani, Head of Films in ‘The Creative Khichdi’ and an alumni of MET Institute of Mass Media shared his journey from no client to one client and experience of projects he worked on with Post Graduate Diploma students in Advertising, Entertainment, Public Relations, Journalism and Digital Marketing at MET. He shared his journey of handling a brand from start to end and gave insights on working for projects. He also spoke on how to conduct the brainstorming sessions, in which right from designer to driver everyone gets an equal chance to speak. This session helped PG in Media students gain significant knowledge.

MET Mass Media Alumni Mr. Mayur Sakhre is a well renowned singer in Bollywood today. He was at MET Institute of Mass Media on 14th August 2018 to speak to the student of PG in Mass Media on, ‘Role of Music in Bollywood’. He introduced PG students to the concept of musical genres in Films and how they have changed the very treatment of music in the industry. Voice culture became a prominent theme in the lecture, with Mr. Mayur Sakhre focusing on its benefits. He then conducted an impromptu jam and the students had a merry time singing along with an accomplished singer like him.
