Dr. Priya Menon Nair
Assistant Professor
Dr. Priya Menon Nair is an entrepreneurial leader, institution builder, and marketing enthusiast whose career spans corporate training, the founding of a distinctive school of Branding and Advertising, and Agency-M. Known for her persistence, integrity, humility, adaptability, and collaborative approach, she worked closely for over two decades with Mr. Prahlad Kakar, the legendary advertising guru, gaining deep expertise in branding, advertising, ad filmmaking, and production, while cultivating a network of eminent professionals across advertising, sports, and business. Dr. Nair’s entrepreneurial journey began with a corporate training venture specialising in behavioural skills, leadership development, and CEO coaching. She has successfully executed high-profile projects for leading MNCs such as Infosys, SAP, Wipro, Godrej, Dell, Siemens, Deloitte, Cap Gemini, Volkswagen, and JP Morgan, and curated thematic corporate events featuring international cricketers, writers, entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, artists, and filmmakers. Academically accomplished with a PhD in Management (Consumer Behaviour), dual Master’s degrees in Psychology and Business Administration, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Dr. Nair is also an internationally certified ADHD and Autism Coach, dedicated to supporting individuals with diverse needs. As COO of The Miles SOBA and co-founder of PKSBE, she has pioneered educational innovations, including India’s first bachelor’s program in branding and advertising, launched in collaboration with NMIMS, Mumbai, and has established partnerships with over 12 universities nationwide, including IIM Indore. Currently serving as Director at MET Institute of Mass Media, Dr. Nair is reimagining media education by integrating experiential learning, strategic initiatives, and value-driven pedagogy. She inspires students through practical learning, life lessons, and hands-on projects, driven by a vision to make MET's IMM the leading institute in India, bridging the gap between academia and industry, empowering students with creativity, strategic thinking, ethical grounding, and a mindset to innovate and lead confidently in the media world.
Dr. Yogesh Dhanjani

Dr. Yogesh Dhanjani is an award-winning professional, media researcher, and academic leader with a deep commitment to shaping future communicators through innovation, inclusivity and integrity. With more than thirteen years of experience in media education, he brings together academic rigor, creative industry experience and a passion for social impact.
Dr. Dhanjani holds a PhD in Journalism and Mass Communication from the prestigious LNCT University, Bhopal. His doctoral research explored critical dimensions of social media privacy and digital deception, a subject central to contemporary media discourse. His academic interests span social media literacy, communication innovation, gender studies, media pedagogy and privacy ethics in the digital age.
A journalist at heart, Dr. Dhanjani began his career with editorial and reporting roles at The Times of India, where he was honoured with the YO Bureau Award for editorial excellence. His dedication to media education extends into social outreach through the British Council's Teach India program and NGO collaborations such as Samartha Setu and NAMI India.
He has been the Founding faculty and Operations In-charge of Acharya 90FM, A Mumbai based 24/7 community radio station, where he has led campaigns for inclusive communication, grassroots storytelling and civic engagement. Under his guidance, the station has become a vibrant platform for underrepresented voices and community narratives.
Dr. Dhanjani’s contributions to academia include authoring several textbooks and research papers, presenting at more than 21 national and international conferences, and serving on Boards of Studies for curriculum development in media institutions. He has also been featured in The Sindhian magazine for his distinctive work at the intersection of media, education and social change.
His professional journey includes working with Dharma Productions on films such as Wake Up Sid and My Name is Khan, and with an educational training firm called All for Kids. These experiences elevate his teaching with real-world insights that bridge theory and practice.
He is currently pursuing an additional Master’s degree in Psychology, which compliments his role as a mental health advocate and volunteer with NAMI India. A passionate animal lover, he also supports animal welfare through his long-standing association with SPCA. A global traveller with visits to numerous countries, Dr. Dhanjani brings a wide perspective to his classroom, rooted in empathy, creativity and a commitment to education as a tool for transformation.
