On 13th Aug 2022, Ms. Shobha Cecil, General Manager - HR, Reliance Brands Limited conducted a guest lecture on ‘Leadership Foundations’ at the Induction programme for ADMM Batch 18 of MET Institute of Mass Media.
Ms. Cecil shared valuable insights on developing leadership skills by self practice and walking the way ahead fully prepared to progress. She gave her personal example of starting with an opportunity that was her second preferred choice.
