MET Institute of Mass Media organised a session on ‘Being a better version of yourself’ as a part of the Induction programme for Batch 18.
The Session was conducted by Dr. Swati Lodha, Director, MET Institute of Management. A heartwarming conversation sharing perspectives on understanding life and living it honestly. Dr. Lodha gave a walkthrough on tools of self-management and acceptance.
The interaction was very relatable across age groups, helping them to maintain self harmony and was well received by students.
