On 16th July 2025, the MET Institute of Management hosted a Corporate Readiness Session under Aarohan 3.0 for MMS Batch 2024–26, Semester III HR students. The session featured Ms. Janice D’souza, MET alumna (Batch of 2021–23) and Senior Manager at ENIN, the parent company of Mirchi.

Ms. D’souza addressed evolving industry expectations from HR professionals, emphasizing the importance of business alignment, adaptability, and data-driven decision-making. Drawing from her own career journey, she provided students with valuable insights into the shifting role of HR in the corporate landscape.

The session equipped students with practical knowledge and perspectives essential for their transition into industry roles.
