Dr. Manmeet S Barve has more than 16 years of diverse experience in the field of marketing, branding, quality management & cloud computing technology worked with organizations like Welingkar, Mumbai, QAI Global, BCCL, Bangalore, and Novatium, Chennai. He worked as full-time and visiting faculty with reputed B-Schools in Mumbai and Bangalore. Seasoned marketing practitioner with hands-on knowledge of global marketing practices. For over a decade now, has handled complex, multi-tasking & goal-orientated projects with top corporate CXOs, PSUs, and Govt officials. Played a very influential role in managing nodal center at the ‘World’s Biggest Open Innovation Model - Smart India Hackathon’ an initiative by AICTE, MHRD & MIC.

She holds a Ph.D. in Management, has two post-graduate degrees in Economics and also a B. Ed. from University of Mumbai, to her credit.

She has authored two textbooks in Economics and one in Environmental Management for post graduate students. Dr. Farida Virani, Professor, HR and Behavioral Sciences , MET Institute of Management. She has earned her Master’s in Human Resources from the Mumbai University and her Ph.D. from SVKM’s NMIMS – Deemed to be University – Mumbai. She is a Certified Mediator from Center for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) London and is an International Trainer for the International Conciliation and Arbitration Board (ICAB) under the aegis of the Aga Khan Foundation.

She is an author of numerous research papers, journal articles, book chapters, newspaper contributions and working papers. Her current research interests are in the field of Conflict Resolution through Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) from a community based perspective. A recipient of various recognitions, she was awarded the ‘Best Management Faculty’ for her outstanding contribution to Teaching and Education, by the Higher Education Forum.

Dr. Nitin S. Kulkarni has completed his mechanical engineering, perused Masters of Financial Management and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration. He has completed his Ph.D. in Business Administration. He has worked in industry for a decade before joining the field of education and research. He has published / presented twelve research papers in the field of Business Administration and Management in National and International Journals. He is a recipient of “Outstanding Paper Award” in Finance stream at Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai (JBIMS) organized International Research Conference IRC 2015 and 2016. He is also a member of reputed institutions such as, The Institution of Engineers and Indian Commerce Association. He has a special interest in the issues pertaining to Micro and Small, Medium Enterprises, International Economics & Finance, and Corporate Finance and Business Failures predictions. He is also keen in adapting and learning new teaching pedagogy and methodology.

Dr. Nirmala Joshi - Professor for Finance has illustrious academic performance at each of the board exams that she appeared right through her school and college years have been nothing short of ‘landmark’ milestones set on the highway of academic brilliance. She has been meritorious students throughout her academic career. In 1991, as the first candidate to clear NET-JRF. In 1995, she was the youngest Ph.D. degree holder in the whole of Rajasthan.

His research work on "secure electronic transactions" has been listed in IEEE Xplore. His key specializations are in intersection of Data Science, Supporting Programming tools (Excel, Python, R, Tableau) and its use in Policy and Social Value Creation. Presently, he is working on GIS based Resource allocation in areas like Supply Chain, Healthcare Management and Rural development.

Ms. Arzoo Jaiswal has a robust experience in the field of performance management and training and learning development. She has previously worked in companies such as Godrej propertie & Carnival group. Her inclination is towards teaching Performace management, Labor law & IR, training & development, OB & Business communication. She is also an Alma mater to MET IOM.

Dr. Sagar Gaikwad has completed his Ph.D in the subject of Business Policy and Administration from University of Mumbai. Additionally, he has completed his M.Com in the subject of Management, MMS in the Subject of Finance, SET in the subject of Commerce, NET in the subject of Commerce and NET in the subject of Management. He is recipient of Academic Excellence Award 2021 for Young Researcher by “International Association of Research and Developed organisation and All India Council for Productive Education,Research and Training, Government of India. International Patent on Controlling System & Methods for IOT Boiler and national patent on Wearable device for Monitor and Control the Mental Stress During Isolation. Dr. Rohini Andhare is an accomplished academician with nine years of experience as an assistant professor of Finance. Her expertise spans across various UG (Undergraduate) and PG (Postgraduate) management Institutes, where she has contributed significantly to the field of finance. Her active involvement in research is evident through the presentation of research papers at both national and international conferences. She has more than 5 years of experience as visiting and full time faculty in various reputed Institutes and colleges located in Nashik, Indore, and Mumbai and more than 5 years of industry experience.

Ms. Ria Patnaik is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at MET Institute of Management.

She has a keen interest in using her theoretical and industrial experience to contribute positively in the field of academics and research.

Prior to completion of her PGDM in Marketing, she joined a Marketing research agency (Digital research). In a span of two years that she had been there, she worked on Brand Health Studies, Category Research, Campaign / Advertising Research and Product Research.
