As part of the Institution Innovation Council (IIC) initiative, which encourages innovation and knowledge-sharing through the involvement of Innovation Ambassadors, Mr. Shailesh Sargade from MET Institute of Management conducted a session on \"Converting Innovation into Start-up\" for undergraduate students at Western College of Commerce & Business Management, Navi Mumbai.

The session focused on the process of transforming an innovative idea into a start-up, covering key elements such as identifying a problem, developing a solution, creating a prototype, validating the concept, and designing a business model. It also highlighted the importance of aligning innovation with market needs and introduced relevant tools and frameworks to support entrepreneurial thinking.
