Dr. Farida Virani, Professor, MET Institute of Management was invited as a speaker for ‘Gender Diversity, Equity and Inclusiveness’ at IPA-MSB\'s Bombay College of Pharmacy - Autonomous organised under the aegis of IQAC cell.

She emphasised on the importance of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) in the workplace as well as in personal life. She clarified foundational basics and gave explanations with examples relating to diversity, inclusiveness, equality, equity with the consequences and impact of sexual harassment at workplaces.
