Mr. Ranjeet Deshmukh, Innovator, Entrepreneur and Founder - Roadbounce, addressed the students of MET Institute of Management on 19th June 2021. He narrated his journey with startups, failures and successes. He defined startups in terms of Innovation in Products or processes and highlighted the very high mortality rate amongst the startups, only 1% of all startups survive. He expressed that all successful startups have Faster, Better and Cheaper Qualities in their Products or Services but only two can be attained at a time, not all three, Impossible Trinity.

From his experiences he narrated few things which could make or break startups in terms of optimization of resources, people focus, the focus should be on execution and not in concept, persistence and pivoting. His message to the MBA students was not to be afraid of competition but to learn from it.
