Dr. Ritu Anand, a pioneer in Human Resources with a career spanning over 25 years as Senior Vice President at Tata Consultancy Services, inaugurated the “Advanced Certification on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Course” for the HR students from MMS Batch 2023-25.

Dr. Anand, who has been instrumental in spearheading TCS\' Workplace Diversity initiatives, shared her expertise and insights on fostering inclusive workplaces. The session provided invaluable learning opportunities, reinforcing the significance of DEI as a cornerstone of modern organizational success and resilience.

The session also featured Ms. Anujaa Navaratnaa, Mental Health & Career Consultant. Through interactive discussions and case studies, she shed light on the strategies and challenges involved in building and sustaining an inclusive culture. Her practical insights equipped students with critical tools to address diversity and equity issues effectively in their future roles.
