Dr. Farida Virani, Professor, HR and Behavioral Sciences , MET Institute of Management. She has earned her Master’s in Human Resources from the Mumbai University and her Ph.D. from SVKM’s NMIMS – Deemed to be University – Mumbai. She is a Certified Mediator from Center for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) London and is an International Trainer for the International Conciliation and Arbitration Board (ICAB) under the aegis of the Aga Khan Foundation.

She is an author of numerous research papers, journal articles, book chapters, newspaper contributions and working papers. Her current research interests are in the field of Conflict Resolution through Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) from a community based perspective. A recipient of various recognitions, she was awarded the ‘Best Management Faculty’ for her outstanding contribution to Teaching and Education, by the Higher Education Forum.
