Master of Management Studies (MMS) students from MET Institute of Management volunteered at the \'5th Asia Business Responsibility Summit and 2nd Global Governance & Leadership Forum\' which was organized by Asian Centre for Corporate Governance and Sustainability in collaboration with the International Institute for Governance and Leadership on 10th September 2018 at Hotel Taj Mahal. MMS students had extremely coveted opportunities of engaging with corporate top brass and industrialists. MET students closely interacted with Mr. Adi Godrej (Chairman, Godrej Group), Mr. R. C. Bhargava (Chairman, Maruti Udyog Ltd), Mr. Sanjiv Bajaj (Managing Director, Bajaj Finserv) and the prominent speakers Prof. Mahendra Kumar Chouhan (Member of the Global Board, International Institute of Governance & Leadership, Netherlands), Mr. Merwyn King (Chairman, IIGL), Mr. Amitabh Kant (CEO, Niti Aayog), Mr. Joris Voorhoeve (Formal Defense Minister of Netherlands and Global Expert in International Peace-making), Mr. Paul Chan (President, MACD), and Mrs. Vladislava Ryobota (Head of Corporate Governance, IFC, South Africa).

MET AMDC students had the honor of volunteering at the 11th Asia Business Responsibility Summit 2025 held at Taj Lands End, Mumbai on March 5th.
The summit, themed “Global Trends in Governance, Stewardship & Sustainability,†brought together visionary leaders from Lenskart, Godrej Industries, TVS Motors, Bank of America, Nestlé India, and many more.

AMDC EMBA Students Drive Post-Visarjan Beach Clean-Up at Juhu

On September 7, 2025, after the Ganpati Visarjan celebrations, the students of the MET Asian Management Development Centre (AMDC) carried out a meaningful beach clean-up initiative at Juhu. The activity focused on addressing the non-biodegradable waste generated during the immersion process, with the aim of restoring the beach’s natural environment and promoting sustainable practices.
The initiative rejuvenated the coastal ecosystem while reinforcing the importance of responsible celebrations, effective waste management, and collective civic action. By participating in this drive, AMDC students showcased leadership, teamwork, and social responsibility—values that reflect the spirit of MET’s future-ready business leaders.
