MET Post Graduate Diploma in Management organised an insightful session on Risk Management. Professor Dr Thomas B. Berger was the invited speaker at the MET campus for this session. Prof. Dr. Thomas B. Berger is a professor at the department of Business Engineering, Cooperative State University of Baden - Wuerttemberg, Germany.

He was facilitated by PGDM Deputy Director. CA. Dr. Shyamsundar Das ,Prof Dr. Nisha Tatkar , Prof Kiran Rodrigues. Professor Dr. Berger started the session by explaining Fundamental Issues: Weighing Risk and Returns, Risk Management according to the IS/ISO 31,000 with an example Wipro AR 2016/17:36. Further Prof. Thomas explained the procedure for identification and Assessment of Risks, during his session Dr Berger also talked about other useful topics like Norms and Laws, Risk Management Process, Risk Identification, Risk Analysis, Risk Aggregation. It was indeed a learning experience for all.
