Journey to the Top: A Leadership Simulation at MET PGDM

MET Institute of PGDM organised an immersive business simulation session – Journey to the Top (JTTT), on 19th July 2025 as a part of the ongoing Aarohan 2025, in collaboration with Square Sequel Consulting Pvt. Ltd., the session was led by Design Thinking experts Ms. Zoya Natterwala, Vice President and Mr. Arvind Mishra, Director – Solution Sales.

The high-energy simulation pushed students of the PGDM Batch 2025–27 to step out of their comfort zones and experience the real challenges of leadership — from war cries and team slogans to strategy dilemmas and shifting scenarios.

The activity not only tested resilience and teamwork but also instilled powerful lessons in communication, decision-making, and leadership under pressure.

JTTT was more than just a game, it was a transformative mindset shift, marking the beginning of an exciting leadership journey for PGDM students!
