Mumbai Educational Trust launched its initiative ‘MET Incubation Centre’ on 9th
November 2023. The grand inauguration was held in the hand of Mr. Erik af
Hallstrom, Consul General, Consulate General of Finland, in the presence of Mr.
Pankaj Bhujbal, Hon. Trustee, Mumbai Educational Trust, Mrs. Vishakha Bhujbal,
Senior Management Representative, MET, Dr. Swati Lodha, Director, MET Institute
of Management, CA Dr. Shyamsundar Das, Director, MET Institute of PGDM, Dr.
Farida Virani, Professor, MET IOM, as well as distinguished entrepreneurs,
dignitaries and esteemed faculty members.
The MET Incubation Centre has been designed to nurture entrepreneurial spirit and
innovation amongst the students. This dynamic hub will serve as a launchpad for
aspiring entrepreneurs, providing them with invaluable resources, mentorship &
networking opportunities while inspiring many to embark on the journey of
entrepreneurship.

The MET Institute of PGDM had the honor of hosting delegates from the Consortium for Global Education (CGE) on 10th February 2025 at the MET campus.

Armed with bags, gloves, and a strong sense of responsibility, they took a meaningful step towards creating cleaner shores and spreading awareness about sustainability.
This initiative was not just about cleaning the beach, but about reminding ourselves that small actions, when taken collectively, can lead to a big impact. The effort reflects our commitment to building a cleaner, greener tomorrow, one wave at a time.

This rejuvenating getaway offered the perfect balance of relaxation, adventure, and team bonding, providing a much-needed break from the academic routine.

MET Institute of PGDM proudly celebrates a remarkable achievement!
MET PGDM students Batch 2025–27, Priyanka Kambli, Neha Kumhar and Vivek Upadhyay, secured 2nd place at the National-level Eco-Thrive 2025, hosted by SP Jain School of Global Management (Mumbai campus), winning a cash prize of ?15,000.
Competing with top B-schools across India, they impressed with their innovative project on the Blue Economy (SDG 14: Life Below Water) – creating a pilot-ready business model, delivering a compelling pitch, and excelling in the debate round.
