Under the aegis of the Women Development and the POSH Committee, MET Institute of Management organized its Annual ‘Women Leadership Forum’ on March 07, 2024. The panel discussion featured accomplished women from a variety of industries including finance, marketing, journalism, entrepreneurship, and was moderated by Dr. Swati Lodha, Director, MET IOM.

Ms. Rakhi Prasad, Investment Strategist, R4 Family Office, Ms. Srishti Srivastava, Founder & CEO, Infiheal, Ms. Nupur Sarvaiya, Wedding Editor, Vogue India and Ms. Sunayana Fozdar, Actor & Social Media Influencer shared their visionary insights and provided guidance for aspiring professionals.

Ms. Prasad, while propagating lifelong learning, highlighted her career pointers such as embracing startup culture and mastering the art of networking.

Ms. Srivastava encouraged the ethos of \"fail fast, fail better\" and emphasised the importance of perseverance in the face of doubt. She shared the use of her own personal journey as the motivating start to her entrepreneurial venture combining technology with mental wellness.

Ms.Sarvaiya emphasized the importance of embracing uniqueness and trusting the process and oneself at every stage of life. She articulated her thoughts consumer behaviour and the changing trend of the GenZ and Millennials particularly in the wedding industry

Ms. Fozdar advocated for fearlessness, hustling, and defying societal norms while sharing her life journey when she started working as a young 8-year-old child artist.
