As part of Aarohan 2.0, students of the MMS 2025–27 batch from MET Institute of Management continued their industrial exposure on Day 2 on 7th January 2026 by exploring organisations operating in fast-moving consumer goods and advanced materials, gaining insights into innovation-driven manufacturing and process-oriented operations. The day featured visits to sectors rooted in FMCG and advanced industrial materials.

Students visited Dabur India Limited, one of India’s oldest and most trusted FMCG companies with strong portfolios in healthcare, personal care, and food. At the Silvassa unit, students observed production processes in oral care and skin care categories (including toothpaste and petroleum jelly), supported by rigorous value-chain systems, quality assurance protocols, and compliance standards for both domestic and export markets.

The day also included a visit to Kitech, a specialised manufacturer of advanced composite solutions. Students gained an understanding of extrusion-based manufacturing, bonding technologies, and the significance of R&D and process engineering in delivering high-performance industrial products.

The visit concluded at Euro Decor Pvt. Ltd., a surface décor manufacturer specialising in veneers and laminates for plywood applications. Students gained insights into resin preparation, pressing, and finishing operations central to décor surface manufacturing.

Overall, Day 2 emphasized innovation, process integration, and disciplined operations—reinforcing MET IOM’s commitment to experiential and application-based learning through Aarohan 2.0.
