Social and Sustainability Committee of MET Institute of Management took a significant step towards eco-conscious living by initiating the Green Temple Movement, an effort to integrate sustainability into spiritual practices.

This initiative emphasizes recycling and repurposing temple and pooja offerings, encouraging mindful disposal and creative reuse. As part of the movement, a collection drive has been launched to gather broken idols, pictures, and other offerings, which will be handed over to a foundation that transforms them into useful, sustainable products.

Through this initiative, MET IOM continues to uphold its commitment to environmental responsibility and social impact, inspiring the MET community to adopt sustainable practices even in moments of faith and devotion.
