Dr. Rashmi Bhadani, Assistant Professor (HR Analytics, HR & OB) at MET Institute of Management, presented her case study at the 3rd International Research Conference on Mindfulness (IRCM 2026) hosted by the Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya on 14 -15 February 2026.

Titled “Embracing Diversity for Prosperity: LGBTQIA+ Inclusion at The LaLiT and Its Impact on Growth,” the case, co-developed with Dr. Swati Lodha, examines Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), leadership’s role in fostering inclusive workplaces, and the economic significance of LGBTQIA+ inclusion. The study draws insights from The LaLiT Suri Hospitality Group and the emerging pink economy.

The conference featured eminent scholars from Saint Mary\'s College of California, Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, Universitas Indonesia, University of Waikato, and Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.

IRCM 2026 provided a valuable platform for intellectual exchange and reflective dialogue on mindfulness in business and society, underscoring MET’s commitment to impactful research and academic excellence.
