MET Institute of Management, under the IIC Calendar Activity “AI-Powered Solution Expo: Demo Days for AI/I4.0 Prototypes,” conducted a session on AI-enabled interview preparation using the ZIRE platform, delivered by Mr. Sarad Garodia, Founder & CEO, Now Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

The session showcased an AI-driven interview simulation solution, where students experienced real-time mock interview scenarios designed to replicate industry hiring processes. The platform provided instant performance analytics, helping students identify strengths and areas for improvement in communication, confidence, and response structuring.

Through this AI-powered demonstration, students gained exposure to how artificial intelligence is being applied in career readiness and talent assessment.
