Mock Firefighting Drill

MET Institute of Computer Science conducted a comprehensive mock firefighting exercise on July 24, 2024, led by Mr. Sujeet Prabhughate. Faculty and MCA students actively participated in the drill aimed at enhancing emergency preparedness and response skills.
Mr. Prabhughate provided hands-on training in using firefighting equipment, executing proper evacuation protocols, and maintaining effective communication during emergencies. Participants practised safe building exit strategies and extinguishing controlled fires, gaining valuable practical experience and increased confidence in managing real-life fire situations.
This insightful and educational exercise reinforced the importance of fire safety awareness and ensured that everyone is better equipped to handle potential emergencies.
