Dr. Omprakash Mandge, I/C Principal, MET Institute Computer Science served as the Resource Person for a one-day workshop on Learning Management Systems (LMS) at Rajarshi Shahu Mahavidyalaya, Latur (Autonomous) organized under the Pradhan Mantri Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (PM-USHA) on 26th December, 2025.

The seven-hour session aimed to strengthen digital teaching–learning practices in higher education by enhancing faculty competencies in LMS usage and technology integration. Dr. Mandge delivered expert inputs through practical demonstrations and interactive discussions, familiarizing participants with contemporary digital pedagogies and LMS-based instructional strategies.

The workshop saw active and enthusiastic participation from 50 faculty members, contributing to its overall success.
