Sharmistha Raja, an alumnus from the 2008-2010 eMBA batch of AMDC and a Leadership Development Facilitator & Executive Coach, delivered a guest lecture on \'Leadership and Personal Effectiveness\' on Friday, January 5th, 2024. Sharmistha initiated her career at Infosys as a Sr. Associate for Learning & Development and later transitioned to Amazon as a Global Leadership Development Business Partner.

Throughout her engaging session, she shared personal experiences pivotal to her success in the corporate world. Sharmistha also conducted exercises that provided valuable insights to students regarding their personal growth and development. The interactive nature of the session was well-received by the students, offering significant learning experiences for handling life\'s challenges.
