Sharpening Process

Orientation (Aarohan)

Launchpad: An intensive induction programme is held prior to the commencement of regular classes. Distinguished corporates and alumni share their success stories and inspire students with their expertise and experiences. They discuss the relevance of various subjects offered in the management programme. This is followed by psychometric tests to measure a student's mental and emotional mindset. Students are introduced to management styles and trained in corporate etiquette.

The induction culminates in Outbound Training (Anubhav) where students bond through outdoor management games and develop team-building and leadership skills. Later, the Foundation Course upskills students and brings those from different streams to a similar level.

Summer Internship
