MET Asian Management Development Centre (MET AMDC) was pleased to welcome Mr. Aditya Karkhanis, distinguished alumnus (Batch 2009–2011), on 10th October 2025 for an engaging session on resume building and career guidance.

With over 14 years of diverse HR experience across leading organizations such as Trans World Group, Team Global Logistics, Samsara Shipping, Mahindra Group, and PwC, Mr. Karkhanis shared valuable insights to help students enhance their resumes and prepare effectively for placements.

He emphasized the importance of clarity, structure, and relevance in resume writing, along with practical tips on interview preparation and long-term career planning. The session was highly interactive and informative, offering students actionable strategies to strengthen their professional profiles.
