Outbound Learning Adventure at Nature Trails
2025-02-09
As part of the Aarohan Induction Programme 2025, students of MET Institute of PGDM, Batch 2025–27, experienced an outbound learning adventure at Nature Trails, Sajan – Vikramgad, from 30th July to 2nd August, 2025.
The programme was thoughtfully designed to foster collaboration, adaptability, and resilience through a blend of management activities and adventure-based learning. Guided by Trainer Dominic Cota Bir from Whooshbiz, students engaged in ice-breakers, problem-solving challenges, and dynamic team-building tasks that strengthened trust and strategy.
Adventure-filled activities like trekking through scenic trails, playful learning in the rice fields, kayaking, and high rope challenges pushed students to step out of their comfort zones, face their fears, and discover the power of teamwork and confidence.
This holistic experience seamlessly integrated leadership lessons with outdoor adventure, nurturing creativity, courage, and conviction — qualities that define future-ready leaders.
At MET, we continue to inspire students to not only learn but also to live the values of leadership, resilience, and innovation.
