MET Institute of Pharmacy (Degree) conducted the 1st Term Training Program of the Department of Lifelong Learning and Extension (DLLE) on 27th September 2025, under the esteemed guidance of Dr. Shrima Banerjee, Field Coordinator, University of Mumbai.

The session commenced with the Mumbai University Anthem, setting a tone of pride and reverence for the institution’s values. This was followed by a thoughtful presentation to Dr. Shrima Banerjee, highlighting the wide array of DLLE initiatives and extension activities undertaken by the college. The presentation, led by the College Student Managers, beautifully reflected the spirit of teamwork, social awareness, and community commitment demonstrated by MET students.

In her inspiring address, Dr. Shrima Banerjee appreciated the dedicated efforts showcased by the participants and shared valuable insights into the broader vision and objectives of DLLE. She emphasized the importance of extending education beyond academic boundaries — fostering civic responsibility, empathy, and lifelong learning among students.
