The MET Institute of Pharmacy Second Year Council rolled out the red carpet for a Bollywood-themed Freshers\' Party on 24th December 2024, giving a warm and vibrant welcome to our First-Year students.
Graced by the presence of Dr. Suryakant Bhosale, Principal of Diploma, and Dr. Abha Doshi, Principal of Degree, the event was a perfect blend of talent, energy, and togetherness.
The evening came alive with stunning dance performances, melodious singing sessions by the staff, and engaging games that brought endless joy to everyone. The crowning moment was the announcement of Mr. and Miss Freshers, followed by a group photo session that immortalized the camaraderie and spirit of the night.

MET Hydrogreen, The Green Club of MET Institute of Pharmacy (Diploma), organized a Nirmalya Collection & Composting Drive during Ganesh Chaturthi, ensuring eco-friendly disposal of offerings.
With the guidance of Dr. Suryakant Bhosale, Principal, MET Institute of Pharmacy (Diploma), Mrs. Dipali Khabale, Faculty Coordinator, and the enthusiastic participation of 47 students, the collected Nirmalya was processed through aerobic composting using the rotary drum method, transforming it into organic fertilizer.
This initiative not only reduced organic waste but also promoted sustainable waste management practices, inspiring the community to embrace eco-friendly traditions.

Students of MET Institute of Pharmacy (Degree) from the third and fourth year enthusiastically participated in a Tree Plantation Drive at Mulund, organized by My Micro Forecast. This initiative aimed at promoting environmental awareness and sustainability through the plantation of native tree species.
The activity not only helped restore biodiversity and improve green cover but also instilled a deeper sense of social responsibility and commitment to sustainable living among our students.
