The Women Development and Prevention of Sexual Harassment Committee of MET Institute of Management organised a workshop on POSH {Prevention of Sexual Harassment, the Act} for its MMS Batch 2022-24 students on 20th February 2023.

The workshop shed light on gender equality, gender-specific violence and inappropriate sexual behaviour. The aim of the workshop was to educate and spread awareness among students about sexual harassment policies, prevention systems, procedures and redressal mechanisms. Post the workshop, students could notice a difference in awareness and practice.
