Dr. Rashmi Bhadani, Assistant Professor, MET Institute of Management conducted a two-day Student Development Program on HR Analytics on 18th and 19th November 2024, at Anjuman-I-Islam’s Allana Institute of Management Studies (AIAIMS).

The program covered key aspects of HR Analytics, including the evolution of HR data, descriptive and predictive analytics, dashboard creation, and practical applications in recruitment, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), and engagement analytics. The training program was hands-on where the participants used HR data sets and case studies to gain a deeper understanding of the topic.

The sessions provided valuable insights, equipping participants with essential skills in HR Analytics.
