MET Institute of Management is honored to host Dr. Atul Shiva, Assistant Professor - Finance & Accounting & Program Chair – FPM, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida, as a distinguished speaker on day 2 and 3 of the 6 days Research Summer School 2025 (Ph.D Course) organized in collaboration with Department of Commerce, University of Management from June 2, 2025 to June 7, 2025. The Research Summer School covers the topics related to Smart PLS and Time Series Analysis.

On 3rd and 4th June 2025, Dr. Shiva delivered highly engaging and insightful sessions on PLS-SEM using SmartPLS, combining theoretical depth with hands-on application. He covered the Formative Model Assessment, Mediation and Moderation in Smart PLS and FSQCA analysis. He shared his expertise and practical examples with the participants present enabling them in their path of writing high quality research papers.
