Outbound Training Program
2025-10-03
As part of Aarohan Launchpad 2025, MET Institute of Management organized an Outbound Training Program for its newly inducted MMS 2025–27 students from 26th - 29th September 2025. The program comprised a series of engaging sessions that included ice-breakers to set the tone and build rapport, mental challenges to stimulate problem-solving, creative tasks focused on ideation and planning, reflective debriefs on overcoming barriers to innovation, and simulation-based group activities encouraging collaboration and healthy competition.
The structured design of the training emphasized experiential learning, enabling students to enhance their communication skills, teamwork, leadership qualities, creativity, and resilience. It also instilled critical management values such as initiative, self-confidence, adaptability, and respect for diverse perspectives.
Through this initiative, MET IOM reaffirmed its commitment to shaping well-rounded management professionals equipped not only with academic excellence but also with the interpersonal and leadership skills essential for future business leaders.
