On 3rd December 2025, faculty members Dr. Farida Virani, Dr. Rashmi Bhadani, and Ms. Arzoo Jaiswal, along with a student representative from the MET Institute of Management, attended an insightful Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Workshop conducted by Harish Iyer, a noted social activist and Senior Vice President & Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Axis Bank. The workshop was organized by the Bombay Chambers of Commerce and Industry.

The session was highly engaging, with Harish Iyer sharing powerful perspectives on gender diversity, disability inclusion, and the evolving understanding of identity beyond traditional labels. He also discussed real-world scenarios, workplace challenges, and practical strategies that organizations can adopt to build truly inclusive and equitable work cultures.
