Dr. Farida Virani was engaged for a three day workshop held at Saputara to help ‘Demystify the Sahyadri Culture’ Sahyadri Farms, the farmer producer company (FPC) set up in 2011, has grown to become the largest FPC in the country, with a membership of 8,000 farmers and a turnover of Rs 300 crore. Vision, Mission and Core values were revisited with focussed clarity along with their interpretations and impact on stakeholders, systems, processes, everyday activities and decision making.
