Avinash Rogye is a technology and growth leader with over a decade of experience across digital transformation, enterprise IT, venture building, and strategy. He currently serves as Head – Information Technology & Digital at Veeline Industries Ltd, A leading manufacturer of consumer durables in India, where he leads ERP/MRP implementation, factory digitization, IoT automation, cybersecurity, and enterprise-wide data systems, along with the organisation’s cross-plant Early Warning & Resolution System (EWRS) for operational predictability.

Before manufacturing, Avinash worked extensively in the startup and digital ecosystem—scaling a content platform to over 1M+ MAUs, and co-founding multiple ventures including Headline Network (part of Google News Startup Labs) and Avanse Digital. His earlier experience spans venture capital (thinQbate), EdTech and financial services.

He holds an MMS from MET, and is recognised through MET Young Changemaker Award, and the Google News Initiative Startup Labs India programme.
