MET Institute of Management signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ‘India Blockchain Forum’, a confluence of thought leaders and key influencers. India Blockchain Forum is spearheaded with a mission of making India a blockchain powerhouse by building an environment for collaboration between multiple stakeholders in the Web 3.0 ecosystem.

The MoU was signed by both parties with an objective of building collaborations that help MET IOM create Web 3.0 Centre of Excellence and conduct Knowledge events relevant for nurturing the ecosystem. This collaboration with IBF will allow support for student startups in terms of discovery, collaboration, market access etc. and skill development programs on emerging technologies such as Web3 and blockchain for faculty and students. In addition to this, the MoU will allow Academia Connect, Networking and Creation of repository of cases that can be used across industry verticals to help bring awareness and learning in the public domain.
