MET Institute of Management organized an insightful Psychodrama session facilitated by Dr. Rashmi Sundaram, Mental Health Consultant & Facilitator, exclusively for the Top 40 Gems of MET IOM on 16th October 2025.

The session commenced with engaging warm-up activities and interactive team games that fostered participation, collaboration, and connection among students. This was followed by reflective exercises that encouraged participants to share their emotions, recognize their personal strengths, and explore key concepts such as role reversal and self-awareness.

The session provided profound learning on emotional intelligence, team dynamics, and leadership, enabling students to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and others.
