MET Institute of Management organized a Placement Readiness Session on 15th May 2026 for the MMS Batch 2024–26. The session was initiated by MET Placement Department with the objective of enhancing students’ confidence, communication skills, and overall preparedness for corporate placements.

The session was conducted by Mr. Vishal Khanna, a renowned Sales Trainer, Career Coach, and Industry Expert. Drawing from his vast industry experience, he provided valuable guidance on the interview and recruitment process, while also sharing practical strategies to excel during placements.

The session received an overwhelming response from the students and proved to be highly engaging, interactive, and insightful. Students gained a deeper understanding of professional communication, interview etiquette, and industry expectations. The session was particularly helpful in guiding students on how to introduce themselves effectively during interviews, overcome stage fear and nervousness, and present their thoughts with confidence and meaningful content. Interactive activities and practical tips further enriched the learning experience and motivated students to approach placement opportunities with greater confidence and preparedness.
