Dr. Sagar Gaikwad, Assistant Professor, MET Institute of Management presented a paper in the International Commerce and Management Conference on ‘Local to Global Perspective of Business & Finance, Trade & Commerce, Economic Turbulence & Private Capital, Education & Society: A Multidisciplinary Approach’ organised by Department of Commerce, University of Mumbai on 10th March 2023.

Dr. Gaikwad received the best paper presentation award for his research paper on ‘Impact of Work Engagement on its Outcome: Contextualising Job Demand - Resource Model and Person Organisation Fit’. The research focussed on developing new theories related to work engagement and productivity.
