Dr. Sagar Gaikwad, Assistant Professor, MET Institute of Management was awarded the ‘Best Research Paper Award’ at the International Conference on Behavioural Finance and other Contemporary Issues held on June 15, 2024, at the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh.

Dr. Gaikwad\'s research paper took a groundbreaking approach, combining two statistical methods: Structural Equation Modelling Using Partial Least Squares (PLS) and Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs). This innovative approach has the potential to significantly advance the field of research and expand the boundaries in the field of behavioural finance.
