MET Institute of Computer Science organised a guest lecture on Aspect-Oriented Programming (AOP) for its students, delivered by Dr. Jyoti Kharade, Vice Principal of BVIMIT. Dr. Kharade explained the core concepts of AOP, including cross-cutting concerns, aspects, advice, and join points, highlighting how AOP enhances modularity and simplifies code maintenance in large software systems.
