IoT-Based Healthcare Monitoring System

MCA students of MET Institute of Computer Science developed a consultancy project ‘IoT-Based Healthcare Monitoring System’ at MET Incubation Centre under the guidance of Dr. Arun Raaza, led by Dr. Farida Virani, Head, MET Incubation Centre, and Prof. Flavia Gonsalves, Assistant Professor at MET ICS.
This interdisciplinary initiative bridges MET Institutes of Computer Science and Management. The project aims to create a reliable, user-friendly, portable IoT-based blood pressure monitor to help rural patients track their vitals and share the data with remote medical practitioners. During a demonstration to the NAAC peer team, the project received high praise and valuable suggestions for enhancement.
