On 28th July 2024, students from MET Institute of Computer Science (MET-ICS) participated in a beach cleaning activity at Juhu Beach, organized by the Khushiyaan Foundation.

Equipped with throwaway bags and gloves, the students worked tirelessly and gathered different kinds of plastic waste. They considerably reduced pollution and supported the theme of ecological preservation. Their efforts paid off with a cleaner beach and enlightening conversations with personnel in charge of beach cleanup.

This program demonstrated the effectiveness of community-oriented activities in resolving environmental problems. It reaffirms the dedication of MET-ICS to encourage our students to take responsibility for the environment to ensure a sustainable future.
