Mock Fire Drill at MET

Mumbai Educational Trust conducted a comprehensive mock firefighting exercise on July 24, 2024, to strengthen emergency preparedness across the campus. The session was led by Mr. Sujeet Prabhughate, a fire safety expert, and saw active participation from faculty and students.
Mr. Prabhughate provided hands-on training in operating firefighting equipment, following proper evacuation protocols, and ensuring clear communication during emergencies. Participants practiced safe evacuation procedures and extinguishing controlled fires, gaining valuable real-world experience and confidence.
This educational initiative reinforced the importance of fire safety awareness and ensured that the MET community is better prepared to respond effectively to potential emergency situations.

The session was conducted by renowned physician Dr. Tushar Shah, who combined practical health tips with lighthearted humor, making learning both insightful and engaging.

Outbound Training at Nature Trails, Vikramgadh

Aarohan 2025 at MET AMDC culminated with an enriching Outbound Training at Nature Trails, Vikramgadh – Wada. Designed as an experiential learning initiative, the program focused on building managerial competencies through trekking, adventure activities, and team-based challenges.
Students honed leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills while fostering trust, resilience, and peer bonding in an outdoor setting. This immersive experience not only encouraged self-reflection but also prepared participants to navigate professional challenges with confidence.
The program successfully concluded Aarohan 2025, setting a strong foundation for the students’ journey at MET AMDC.
Game-Based Learning in Action – Day 4 of FDP

MET CET successfully conducted an insightful workshop on “Game-Based Learning†on Day 4 of the ongoing 5-Day FDP Workshop Series, facilitated by Dr. Ajita Deshmukh.
The session encouraged MET teachers to explore unstructured teaching by designing games that were interactive, participatory, and enjoyable for students. It reinforced the belief that when learning feels like play, education becomes more engaging and impactful.

As part of Aarohan 2025, MET AMDC hosted the “Boxless Mind†Workshop conducted by Dr. Chitra Wadke, Head, Centre of Educational Technology, MET.
It was a day filled with creativity, collaboration, and out-of-the-box thinking, where students were encouraged to break barriers, think freely, and embrace innovation beyond limits.
