MET PGDM and Vmentor.ai Yugma collaboratively orchestrated a Faculty Development Program on the Mentor-Mentee Framework on March 6, 2023. Esteemed industry experts, Dr. Srinivas and Meenu Bhatia, the founders of Yugma, took center stage during the FDP.

The program offered invaluable perspectives into a range of topics, delving into the importance of mentoring, different mentoring approaches, the innovative concept of reverse mentoring, and practical guidelines for effective mentorship.

MET Institute of PGDM conducted Online Faculty Development Programme on ‘Recent Pedagogy in Teaching & Research’. With an aim to improve each participant’s classroom effectiveness and potential to use innovative teaching approaches the FDP was conducted by MET PGDM faculty and eminent experts who were invited to share their wisdom and vast experience on the topic.

The programme benefited aspiring faculties who want to increase their interaction, academic productivity and student delight.
