Prof. Garima Bansal is an enthusiastic and dedicated academician with a strong foundation in B.Com, M.Com, and MBA, currently awaiting the award of her Ph.D. in Management with a specialization in Human Resource and General Management. She brings several years of experience in higher education, with a passion for both teaching and research.

Her scholarly work focuses on contemporary issues such as women’s employability and empowerment, and she has published in UGC-listed and SCOPUS-indexed journals, along with contributing to newspapers, blogs, and academic platforms. She also serves as a reviewer and editorial board member for reputed management journals.

Prof. Bansal has actively contributed to institutional development through roles in accreditation committees, IQAC coordination, cultural leadership, and faculty development programs. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes inspiration and growth, making the classroom a dynamic space for learning. Outside academics, she pursues her passion for Classical dance, which adds creativity and balance to her professional life.
