MET Incubation Centre, in collaboration with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), successfully conducted the IIC Calendar Activity — My Story / Motivational Expert Sessions by Successful Innovators & Entrepreneurs. The event featured two inspiring speakers whose insights deeply resonated with the students.

Ms. Smedha Sarkar, a successful innovator and entrepreneur, delivered an engaging My Story session, sharing her journey of perseverance, creativity, and the mindset required to convert challenges into opportunities. Her story highlighted how passion and resilience form the foundation of meaningful entrepreneurial success.

Mr. Bikash Sahoo led an impactful session on Achieving Problem–Solution Fit, helping students understand how identifying the right problem and designing the most effective solution is crucial for building scalable and sustainable startups. His practical frameworks and real-world examples provided clarity on early-stage validation and innovation strategy.

These sessions not only motivated participants but also strengthened MET’s commitment to nurturing innovation-driven, problem-solving leaders of tomorrow through continuous learning, exposure, and entrepreneurial thinking.
