MET Institute of PGDM and HR Club successfully organized an HR Poster Making Competition on 31st January with the theme “Humanising HR in the Digital World.” The event encouraged students to creatively explore the balance between technology and empathy, highlighting the importance of ethics, inclusion, employee well-being, and human connection in modern HR practices.

The competition sensitised future HR professionals to integrate digital transformation with strong human values, reinforcing that technology works best when guided by compassion and responsibility.
