The MET Institute of Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) organised an enlightening ‘Alumni Interaction Day’ on 21 January 2023. CA Dr. Shyamsundar Das, Deputy Director MET institute of PGDM, welcomed and felicitated Ms. Divya Rajani.

The prolific alumni, Ms. Divya Rajani, a digital marketing expert, shared her corporate experience and journey, talking about innovative tools in digital marketing. She also interacted with students during Q&A. Key insights that Ms. Divya Rajani shared revolved around impact and significance of social media, transformation of digital marketing over years and how to adapt and discover innovative solutions.

MET Annual Convocation 2022 for students of PGDM (e-Business) Batch 2019- 2021 commenced in the presence of Chief Guest Mr. Vikas Sachdeva, CEO, Emkay Investment Managers Ltd., Guest of Honour Mr. Parshva Doshi (Alumni, MET PGDM), Executive Partner, Centrum Wealth Ltd. who were welcomed by Mr. Pankaj Bhujbal, Hon. Trustee, MET and CA Dr. Shyamsundar Das, Deputy Director, MET Institute of PGDM on 28th May 2022.

During this Convocation MET Students were conferred upon the well deserved qualifications for which they perspired and toiled tirelessly. Assured of their grand success, we at MET wish them all the best as they step out into the real corporate world with confidence.

MET Insitute of PGDM welcomed the new batch 2022-24 of PGDM (e-Business) on 13th July 2022 during the annual orientation programme ‘AAROHAN’. The programme gave the students a chance to meet & interact with faculty, management and their batch mates.
On this occasion, the students were motivated by wise words from Mr. Pankaj Bhujbal, Hon. Trustee, Mumbai Educational Trust and Guest of honour Mr. Arun Kandhari, Managing Partner, B. Kandhari Group and Mr. Rohan Menezes, Vice President, Datamatics.
CA Dr. Shyamsundar Das, Dy. Director, MET Institute of PGDM gave students an insight regarding what they would be going through as part of PGDM at MET, the leading Institute in India.

True liberty for a woman comes from the ability to make financial decisions in her life. Mumbai Educational Trust organised a session ‘My Money Masterclass’ on financial literacy for female alumni, staff, students and spouse of male alumni. The session was organised in collaboration with LXME, a Social FinTech - 1st Financial Platform for Women.

Ms. Priti Rathi Gupta, Founder, LXME discussed the importance of investment in the life of a woman and how financial goals can be achieved. Ms. Gupta held a comprehensive dialogue starting from the need for investment, addressed the problems women face while investing, also discussed the various investment avenues available to achieve financial goals.

The session ended with an extensive Q&A round. Ms. Gupta devoted her time in addressing the queries of the participants.
